This advanced software is designed specifically for a job shop environment and provides up-to-the-minute information on all aspects of our operations. Most important for our customers are the job-tracking and job-costing features. Raw manufacturing data from the shop floor is continuously uploaded in real-time and used by our management team to spot trouble, heading off problems before they become delays, or worse. The job-costing feature gives us greater control over our production costs throughout the manufacturing process for increased efficiency and more cost-effective pricing for our customers. We use the latest release of Mastercam® CAD/CAM software to interface seamlessly with customer-supplied digital data sets. Our extensive production machining experience, combined with the latest CAD/CAM software, means a seamless integration of your CAD files into our production environment. As a result, Serrano is able to provide very quick turnaround time with competitive pricing on short, medium, and long production runs, and we can handle your digital data files in any standard file format. Our addition of Mastercam® is part of our overall commitment to provide our customers with the latest manufacturing technology available.

New Equipment, New Capabilities Serrano Industries has recently added a host of new equipment to our already robust manufacturing capabilities. These new machine tools include: a Fadal 6030 Vertical Machining Center with 4th-axis; a Femtec FV-40E VMC; and two additional Fadal 4020 VMCs with 4th-axis. On the turning side, we have added two Hwacheon 200-A CNC lathes with live tooling; two Hwacheon Cutex 160 CNC lathes; and one Hwacheon Hi-Tech 100 CNC Lathe - all with automatic barfeeders. We have also added four more Femco Durga 25E CNC Lathes with dual turrets, live tooling and automatic barfeeders. This major investment in the latest manufacturing technology greatly increases our machining envelope, our production capacity, and our ability to offer the best products and service in the business.
